1.4. The client must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with the Company.
2.1. The scope of work, project timeline, and fees will be outlined in a formal written agreement or proposal provided to the client.
2.2. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to decline or terminate services if the client’s requested work involves illegal activities, unethical practices, or content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws.
3.1. The client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided.
3.2. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement, and the client agrees to adhere to those terms.
3.3. In the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received in full.
3.4. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, and the client is responsible for paying any taxes that may apply to the services.
4.1. The client retains ownership of all content, materials, and data provided to the Company for the purpose of the project.
4.2. The Company retains ownership of any proprietary tools, methodologies, or technologies developed or used in the course of providing services.
4.3. Upon full payment, the Company grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables provided as part of the project for its intended purpose.
5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
5.2. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect client data and information provided for the project.
6.1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the success, effectiveness, or results of the services provided.
6.2. The client acknowledges that digital marketing efforts may not always lead to the desired outcomes, such as increased traffic, sales, or rankings.
6.3. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with sufficient notice.
7.2. If the client terminates the agreement prematurely, the client may be responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date.
8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
