1.1. The client may request to cancel the project or services at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
1.2. If the cancellation request is made before any work has commenced, the client may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
1.3. If the cancellation request is made after work has already started, the Company will evaluate the progress made and the resources expended, and a partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
1.4. If the client has purchased a specific package or service with a predetermined timeline, the cancellation may be subject to specific terms outlined in the agreement.
1.5. In case the Company needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be provided with a full refund for any payments made for services not rendered.
2.1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policy and any applicable laws.
2.2. In cases where a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund within 14 Business Days from the date of the cancellation request and will be credited to the customer's account.

b) If the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or cooperation that leads to delays or hindrances in the project.
c) If the client violates any of the terms outlined in the agreement or these Terms & Conditions.
3.1. Certain services or expenses may be considered non-refundable and will be clearly stated in the agreement or proposal.
3.2. Non-refundable items may include but are not limited to third-party software licenses, domain name purchases, hosting fees, and any other services or products acquired specifically for the project.
4.1. If a dispute arises regarding the cancellation or refund, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
4.2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may pursue legal action as permitted by the governing laws mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
