• Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days of invoice date.

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project.
• We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Third-party components and libraries remain under their respective licenses.
• Clients must not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary work.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless NDA specifies otherwise.

• Provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and approvals.
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and administrative access.
• Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in use of our services.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or data breaches beyond our control.
• Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from our services.
• Force majeure events absolve us from liability for service delays or failures.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately. We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other violations.

Governing Law
